Cozy and clean spot

Really nice place! The room was super clean and pretty cozy, which made it feel like home. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. It’s close to cool spots like Maine Beer Company. Just a bit noisy at night with highway traffic. A little more soundproofing would be great!

The proximity to downtown, it was easy to drive to the shops. I also liked the overall design and comfort of the room. Free cookies in the afternoon, bonus! It also is great that there is a hot complimentary breakfast. Can get a little crowded in the little area in the mornings, but it's fuel for a full day of shopping!

The only thing I would improve was the mattress. As I write this, I must say, I have a memory foam mattress because of various arthritic issues. I get the fact that hotel chains can not provide these mattresses in their rooms, as the expense would be prohibitive. I say that, because this is the only complaint I can come up with!

The staff from replenishing items normally. The rooms are terrific and quiet and complete with sofa bed, a queen/king bed plus the couch. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is decent.

Rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The hotel is clean and has nice facilities like a fitness center and pool. Breakfast is decent and the location is perfect for shopping. It's close to restaurants and LL Bean. Staff is friendly, but watch out for the highway noise if you're in the wrong room!

The hotel offers terrific and quiet rooms with 2 beds plus sofa bed and the couch, I am very pleased about that.

This place's location is ideal for exploring around the area, being close to Portland and only 2 km away from attractions like Harrington House.

We liked the location, close to shopping areas. Price was good. You had indoor pool and hot tub. And the breakfast included.

My husband & I appreciated the location very much! The King Size room was divided into a sleeping area & a reading area which was great & cozy! The breakfast was the best we've had in a tourist place before-it exceeded our expectations. The hot tub was really appreciated & the sitting area with the fireplace was so special. There had been so much busyness in our lives & this was a wonderful place to get refreshed. After our stay, our family came & met us in Freeport where we enjoyed the rest of the day together! The hotel had an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic bar, and the continental breakfast offered delicious food from a great restaurant.
